Method 1:
Do check if you have the correct USB cable to connect the devices. Refer to the below link for details -

Method 2:
You may check if you can provide us with the error message for the devices from device manager. You may refer to the below steps-
a. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
b. In Device Manager, locate the device and then right-click the device name and go to properties.
c. Now under the general tab check the device status. Let us know the status of the device. Also you may inform any error code stated with the status.
