To me, this reads as though you want to put two different templates together in the same concert. As far as I know, this is not possible. What you could do is to use the Tone-wheel organ template as the basis for your concert.
How would you do this? It depends on what you want in your various patches. If you want to combine the Organ concert with the keyboard concert, the answer is fairly simple.
Use the organ concert as your starting point.
In the Layout screen:
drag the pedals & keyboard as low as possible on the page. (You may have to resize the pedals)
in the Header box, take each 127 & make it smaller.
make the background smaller, push the lower part up towards the top of the screen a bit.
(This gives you more room to build the keyboard controller from the keyboard concert.)
the organ controller will probably have to be made smaller. This is a fiddly job, but not difficult.
Change the size of the controls
take each control in turn & make it smaller.
when you have done that, select the background and reduce its size until it fits the resized controls. (This gives you yet more space in which to put the keyboard controller. Remember to move the finished controller up towards the header box.)
you should be able to copy & paste the keyboard controller from the keyboard concert. Again, you may have to resize it to make it fit.
Your keyboard & pedals will work with both controllers, but you may need to add the extra keyboard layers.
All this will take a bit of time, but it is a necessary skill to learn if you want to make the best of MainStage.
